Your satisfaction is our number one priority, and in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, please feel free to contact us back within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will be happy to process the refund or exchange.

Unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Hair care, and Makeup items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be issued less any shipping/gift wrapping charges. Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds on Skincare, Hair care, or Makeup items due to health reasons. We do not offer exchanges on any item.

To qualify for an exchange or refund, the purchased item(s) must not be damaged, used or opened.For any merchandise returns more than 25 days from the shipping date will not be accepted.If an item being returned has been opened, or otherwise not returned in the original condition in which it was received by a customer, it may only qualify for a Partial Refund. All Returns and Exchanges, and any Refunds pertaining to those Returns and Exchanges are dependent on the condition of the returned merchandise. Any Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded in cases of Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations (considering the order has already been shipped)If the item(s) being returned has been opened and the seal has been broken or the order value is greater than $500 there is a 20% Restocking Fee which will be deducted from the total refund amount for all returned packages, unless we made an error. Any item that is qualified for a full or partial refund, may also qualify for store credit.

Each package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely.Any claims related to damaged items, wrong item received or missing items must be reported within 48 hours from the time order was received. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED

If a package is lost in transit we will file a claim with the carrier, and reship or refund per your request. If a package is scanned as delivered by a carrier we are unable to file claims or issue refund. Be aware it is your responsibility for the package. Note: You are accepting complete responsibility for the package. We will issue a delivery confirmation number. Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, FRAGRANCE E11EVEN is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address.

CANCEL YOUR ORDER

Since we use an automated order processing system there is a very small window to cancel an order (typically less than 5 minutes) Please reply to the e-mail confirmation immediately and do not wait to contact us during business hours. Request for cancellation will be honored if possible.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item is damaged it must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery. We request you to please hold on to the damaged item & all packaging for 2 weeks. Carrier will contact the customer and/or pick up the package & merchandise. Once the claim is approved we will reship the damaged items. If the customer wants a refund or a different item they must return the item at their expense and we will issue a refund once the claim is approved.
